Ordering
What is your minimum order?
500 kg per product, priced FOB Cairo. It is small enough to test a new supplier before you commit to a container.
How quickly do you send a quote?
Within 24 hours. You'll get a faster and more accurate answer if you include the product, quantity, form (whole, cut or powder) and destination port.
What do you export?
Hibiscus,
chamomile,
mint,
basil,
marjoram,
sage,
cumin,
fennel,
anise and
black seeds are our core range. The
products page shows every item with its specification.
Where do the products come from?
Farms in Fayoum, Beni Suef and Minya. We work with named farms, not the open market.
Can I mix products in one shipment?
Send us the products and quantities and we will tell you what works.
Samples and quality
Can I get a sample before I order?
Yes. Qualified buyers get a free sample with a lab analysis before they commit. Send your company details, the product and a delivery address.
Do you provide a certificate of analysis?
Yes, with every shipment. It normally covers moisture, purity or impurities, essential oil where it applies, microbiology and a pesticide residue panel. We can match the panel to your destination market.
Which quality certificates do you hold?
We hold ISO certification, and other certificates are available on request. Tell us what your market or customer needs and we will confirm what we can supply for your product.
How long do the products keep?
Our products are specified at 24 months in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Documents
Which export documents do you issue?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin and bill of lading. Our
import guide explains what each one is for.
Can you give me a pesticide report for the EU?
Yes. A multi-residue panel against EU maximum residue levels is available on request. Ask for the one that belongs to your lot.
Shipping and lead time
Which shipping terms do you quote?
FOB Cairo as standard. If you need something else, tell us your destination port and we will advise.
How is the product packed?
25 kg polypropylene bags or kraft sacks. Custom packaging can be arranged, so say so when you ask for a quote.
How much fits in a container?
As a guide, about 12 tons in a 20-foot container and about 25 tons in a 40-foot, depending on the product.
How long does an order take?
Usually 3 to 4 weeks after the deposit, then transit to your port. Chamomile and hibiscus are seasonal, so book larger quantities early in the harvest.
Which countries do you ship to?
Buyers in Europe, the Gulf, North America and Asia.
Payment
What payment terms do you work with?
Terms are agreed for each order and written on the proforma invoice before production starts. If you prefer a deposit with the balance against shipping documents, say so when you ask for the quote.
